Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 60 died on 10/5/08 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Deer came out of the west ditch and the driver could not avoid striking the deer and the bike slid on it's side. Driver was not wearing a helmet.

Pedestrian 1, male age 11 died on 10/3/08 in Ford Co as a result of driver 1 driving a water truck watering a track. The pedestrian was riding on the back of the water truck when the driver stopped the vehicle. The pedestrian jumped off the back of the truck, tripped and fell when the driver began backing up the truck and ran over the pedestrian.

Pedestrian 1, male age 46 died on 10/3/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle southbound on highway in outside lane. Pedestrian was crossing highway for unknown reason and was struck by the vehicle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 10/1/08 in Dickinson Co as a result of law enforcement initiating a traffic stop and vehicle 1 fled the scene heading eastbound on street going at excessive speeds. Vehicle 1 turned onto another street going southbound and increased speed. Driver 1 lost control of the vehicle and vehicle 1 came to rest against a building off the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male,
Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 38 died on 9/29/08 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 went left of center striking vehicle 2 head on. Vehicle 1 caught fire. Vehicle 2 left the roadway and came to rest in a field on east side of the roadway. Driver 1 was ejected from the vehicle. Safety restraint was used on occupant.

Driver of vehicle 1 (farm tractor), male age 57 died on 9/28/08 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 attempting to turn left onto road from westbound highway. Vehicle 2 was in the process of passing vehicle 1 when the vehicles collided. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the southwest ditch. Vehicle 1 overturned, trapping driver and came to rest in the intersection of highway and road. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 38 died on 9/27/08 died on 9/27/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway on ramp to highway. Vehicle 1 left the roadway and rolled several times down the embankment. The passenger was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 61 died on 9/27/08 in Cheyenne Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway when it entered the north ditch. The rider lost control, the vehicle laid over on its side and slid to a stop facing in unknown direction.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 70 died on 9/25/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound, stopped at stop sign then proceeded into intersection of streets, into the path of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 74 died on 9/24/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on street. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the rear causing both vehicles to spin out. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 77 died on 9/23/08 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and vehicle 2 (semi) eastbound on highway. Driver 1 drifted left of center and impacted vehicle 2 on the number four axle. Vehicle 2 came to rest facing east and vehicle 2 came to rest facing west. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 44 died on 9/22/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on ramp from highway to highway westbound. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 ran stop sign and struck vehicle 2. Safety helmet was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (semi), male age 32 died on 9/22/08 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road and vehicle 2 was eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 came upon a semi slowing to make a left turn, swerved into the eastbound lane to avoid the turning semi and collided with the side of vehicle 2. Both vehicles ignited and burned. Driver 1 was ejected. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 43 died on 9/21/08 in Jackson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and vehicle 2 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center, sideswiped vehicle 2 and collided with the front of the trailer being pulled by vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the west ditch and vehicle 2 came to rest in the east ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 42 died on 9/18/08 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) turning westbound onto street. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on street. Vehicle 2 struck the trailer of vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 9/13/08 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and was struck by vehicle 2 in the intersection. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 94 died on 9/12/08 in Greenwood Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling north into the path of vehicle 2 which was traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 struck the driver's side of vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 57 died on 9/12/08 in Stafford Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street and for unknown reason went into a sideways skid. Vehicle slid into the west ditch, went airborne and rolled 2 and a half times. Vehicle came to rest facing the north. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 49,
Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 40 died on 9/9/08 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road failed to yield to vehicle 2 which was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in driver's side door and vehicle 2 rolled 1-1/4 times coming to rest on driver's side of vehicle. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its wheels. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 40 died on 9/8/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 heading westbound on highway when driver 1 lost control and went thru center median into the eastbound lanes of traffic. Vehicle 1 then struck vehicles 2, 3, 4 and 6. During the sequence of events, vehicle 5 struck vehicle 4, then vehicle 4 was struck by vehicle 7. Safety restraints were used by all involved.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 21 died on 9/3/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle 1 left roadway and struck traffic light pole in the center median. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 48 died on 8/30/08 in Cloud Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road, driver lost control on gravel road and struck a concrete box culvert on the east side of road, overturned and came to rest on its top ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 33 died on 8/30/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 2 was westbound on street. Vehicle 2 pulled out onto street and vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the side. Safety helmet was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 82 died on 8/30/08 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. The vehicle appeared to have missed the crossing, bot stuck on the tracks, and was hit by a train.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 26 died on 8/25/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when the vehicle left the roadway at another street and rolled over. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 37 died on 8/24/08 in Linn Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway, crossing the center line entering the north ditch. The vehicle went airborne rolling 1 time before hitting a tree. The vehicle came to rest in a pasture. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 54 died on 8/23/08 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 2 entering highway and was struck by vehicle 1 (semi) which was eastbound on highway. Safety restraint was used.

Pedestrian 1, male age 49 died on 8/22/08 in Johnson Co as a result of pedestrian attempting to cross highway on foot when he was struck by vehicle 1 in the number 3 lane on highway.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 46 died on 8/20/08 in Mead Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on highway and struck a deer. After striking the deer the vehicle became inoperatle and came to rest in the westbound lane of highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway and struck the left front portion of vehicle 1 and entered into the westbound ditch and rolled partially ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 23 died on 8/19/08 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 66 died on 8/18/08 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Driver lost control of vehicle on the dirt/gravel road and skidded into a field on the north side of the road. Vehicle 1 rolled and ejected driver. Driver died as a result from this accident. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle (motorcycle) 1, male age 45 died on 8/16/08 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 which was parked on street facing north. Vehicle 2 pushed back into the front of vehicle 3 which was parked on street facing north. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 19,
Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 15 died on 8/16/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on street at a high rate of speed. Driver lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons and spun out of control. Vehicle struck an embankment, went airborne and overturned, ejecting both occupants. Safety restraints were not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 8/16/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Driver drove off of east edge of roadway, overcorrected and entered west ditch. Vehicle then hit a culvert, overturned twice landing on its top. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (semi), male age 57 died on 8/16/08 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 was eastbound on street when driver 1 failed to yield to a northbound train and was struck. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian 1, male age 15 died on 8/15/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Pedestrian was westbound crossing street. Vehicle 1 struck pedestrian north of street.

Driver of vehicle 1 (mini-motorcycle), male age 22 died on 8/15/08 in Chautauqua Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Driver left roadway and attempted to cut across park grounds, when driver struck a cable and was ejected off motorcycle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 8/15/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and drove into the east bound lane where it struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 15 died on 8/14/08 in Chase Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road at a high rate of speed. Vehicle 1 came to a wye in the roadway at a high rate of speed turning left at the wye, lost control striking a sign post and an aluminum trap. Vehicle 1 then impacted the ditch and began to roll four times, striking a utility pole and coming to rest on its top. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 43 died on 8/8/08 in Dickinson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound in the eastbound passing lane of highway and struck vehicle 2 head on. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Safety restraints were used.

Pedestrian 1, female age 54 died on 8/2/08 in Pottawatomie Co as a result of unknown reason pedestrian was in the middle of road and was struck by unknown vehicle.

Occupant 1 of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 8/2/08 in Crawford Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street approaching highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway approaching street. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 8/2/08 in Nemaha Co as a result of vehicle 1 hitting a bridge railing, went over the side and landed upside down in creek with the passenger compartment under water. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (semi), female age 57 died on 8/1/08 in Wallace Co as a result of semi-tractor trailer southbound into west ditch. Driver lost control. Trailer went onto it's left side and the tractor turned upside down. Driver was ejected and trapped. Trailer came to rest on it's left side and the tractor ended up on it's wheels facing south east in the ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 29 died on 8/1/08 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Vehicle went into the north ditch, overcorrected, crossed and entered the south ditch, struck a tree, rolled and came to rest facing east in the south ditch on it's wheels. Safety restraint was not used.

Fatality on 7/31/08 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, vehicle 2 went off the right shoulder, came back on the road, overcorrected, went off the south shoulder and overturned.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 31 died on 7/30/08 in Scott Co as a result of a deer that was hit by another vehicle which propelled into the windshield of vehicle 1 that was westbound on highway. The deer went completely through vehicle 1 and out the back window. Vehicle 1 left the roadway and went into the ditch. The passenger steered vehicle 1 back onto the roadway and brought it to a stop in the westbound lane. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 92 died on 7/26/08 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway, left the road due to a medical condition, struck a delineator post and came to rest in the eastbound ditch by exit ramp. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 74 died on 7/25/08 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, vehicle 2 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 drifted left of center and vehicle 2 made an evasive maneuver towards the eastbound ditch. The vehicles then collided head-on the eastbound shoulder of the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 56 died on 7/25/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of 3 vehicles eastbound on highway. Vehicle 3 was slowing down to make a turn onto road. Vehicle 2 slowed down to avoid contact with vehicle 3. Vehicle 1 began to slow down, the driver lost control and rolled into the ditch.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 21 died on 7/23/08 in Nemaha Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. For unknown reason vehicle went off east side of the roadway, overturned and driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 15 died on 7/23/08 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle began to fish tail and driver lost control, leaving the road on the north side. Vehicle then went through a fence and rolled multiple times in a field. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 17 died on 7/23/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of gunshot wound to the head of the driver of vehicle 1 which caused the accident. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 33 died on 7/22/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound, lost control and left roadway entering the shoulder coming to rest in the east shoulder and grassy ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 56 died on 7/22/08 in Clark Co as a result of vehicle 2 westbound on highway, vehicle 1 was northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and vehicle 2 hit vehicle 1 on the passenger side. Both vehicles entered the north ditch and overturned. Safety restraints were used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 7/22/08 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on road. Vehicle 1 left the roadway striking a drain pipe causing vehicle to roll and ejet two occupants killing both parties. Safety restraints were not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 84 died on 7/20/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound on street and ran a red light, striking Vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 55 died on 7/19/08 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling south on highway. Vehicle 1 entered the grassy median between highway and street. Vehicle 1 struck a ditch causing driver to fall off of vehicle. Safety equipment was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 81 died on 7/19/08 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound when it went off the road and struck a stationary caterpillar. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 16 died on 7/18/08 in Marion Co as a result of vehicle eastbound on road, hit a couple of pot holes in the roadway. The vehicle began to skid on the roadway. The driver lost control and entered the north ditch. Vehicle overturned 1 1/2 times and came to rest on the driver side facing north up against a steel fencing. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 43 died on 7/15/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle westbound on street making a left turn to go southbound on street. Vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on road and struck vehicle 1 in the intersection. Helmet was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 46 died on 7/15/08 in Doniphan Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Driver lost control of the vehicle and drove off the south roadway. Vehicle overturned 3 times and driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), female age 48 died on 7/12/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 backing up on interstate in ramp area between ramps to northbound highway and eastbound highway from northbound highway. Vehicle 1 then proceded onto eastbound highway at same time as vehicle 2 was exiting onto highway. Vehicle 1 forced vehicle 2 into the guardrail.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 66 died on 7/12/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 2 which entered the street from a private drive. Vehicle 1 was eastbound on street and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 22 died on 7/12/08 in Sumner Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street and struck vehicle 2 which was parked in the roadway. Safety restraing was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 38 died on 7/12/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 headed north on road. Vehicle 1 left the paved portion of the road after failing to negotiate a curve. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 50 died on 7/11/08 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and went off the shoulder. Driver over-corrected and vehicle came back onto the highway then rolled, coming to rest on its side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 36 died on 7/10/08 in Elk Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. For unknown reason drove off onto the shoulder, struck the guardrail, continued eastbound airborne across the creek and struck the east side concrete embankment. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 78 died on 7/10/08 in Woodson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed into the eastbound lanes and struck vehicle 2. Both vehicles came to rest on their wheels in the north ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 51 died on 7/9/08 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road and failed to yield for stop sign. Vehicle 2 was northbound on road. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the intersection. Vehicle 1 slid into the northeast ditch. Vehicle 2 slid into the northeast ditch, overturned and came to rest on its top. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 76 died on 7/8/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 1 struck bridge support for railroad tracks. Vehicle 1 rolled over. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 43 died on 7/7/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street when traffic slowed. Driver 1 attempted to stop, lost control of vehicle 1 causing vehicle 1 to overturn on its left side and then flip onto its right side. Driver was ejected. Eye protection was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 7/5/08 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling at a high rate of speed south through the a parking lot and struck a brick and concrete island. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 41 died on 7/4/08 in Cloud Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound at the curve, went off the road in the ditch of highway. Vehicle 1 slid on it's side and occupant was ejected off the motorcycle.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 34 died on 7/1/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on highway and vehicle 2 (semi) traveling northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was pulling a trailer. Vehicle 1 and trailer lost control, crossed through the median and entered northbound traffic. Vehicle 1 was struck nearly head-on by vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (bicycle), male age 4 died on 7/1/08 in Logan Co as a result of vehicle 1 struck by semi at corner of two streets.

Pedestrian, male age 16 died on 6/30/08 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 rolling driverless northeast from street. Pedestrian was walking on the southeast side of vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 struck pedestrian. Both vehicle 1 and pedestrian struck tree.

Driver of vehicle 2 (bicycle), male age 44 died on 6/28/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 2 westbound on road and struck from behind by vehicle 1. The bicycle and rider went into the ditch.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 45 died on 6/28/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound when driver lost control of vehicle. Vehicle 1 skidded off the roadway and struck a traffic light pole.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 40 died on 6/27/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 left the west side of the roadway and entered a wooded area.

Driver of vehicle 1(motorcycle), male age 34 died on 6/26/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 southeast on road. Vehicle 1 went wide on curve and struck curb.

Pedestrian, male age 3 died on 6/26/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on private street. Vehicle 1 struck the pedestrian, who was crossing the roadway.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 15 died on 6/20/08 in Greenwood Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road when they met an unknown vehicle at top of hill that was southbound. Vehicle 1 swerved to avoid the vehicle and lost control of the vehicle going off the road on the west side of road and rolling the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 57, died on 6/19/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on road. A locomotive was traveling northbound on rail tracks. Vehicle entered the railroad crossing and was struck by the locomotive.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 26 died on 6/16/08 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway while being pursued by Riley Co Sheriff Dept. when driver lost control of the vehicle and crossed thru the median. Vehicle then crossed the eastbound lanes and entered into the south ditch rolling several times and ejecting the driver. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 36 died on 6/15/08 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed center line and hit vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Vehicle 1 bounced off vehicle 2, and went head-on into vehicle 3 (semi). Vehicle 1 then went spinning onto the shoulder of the eastbound lane where vehicle 4, which was also eastbound, ran into vehicle 1 with its front fender. Safety restraint was used.

Vehicle 1 stayed northbound in the southbound lane; vehicle 2 (semi w/double trailer) southbound, rounded the bridge. Both vehicles collided in the southbound lanes head-on.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 58 died on 6/5/08 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 (motorcycle) eastbound on street when an object flew up into driver's face. The object caused driver 1 to lose control, entered the south ditch, and the vehicle rolled. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 80 died on 6/4/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle eastbound, striking vehicle 2 which was turning south from west bound. Safety restraint was not used.

Vehicle continued northbound into the ditch, overturned and came to rest eastbound in the eastbound lanes of highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 52 died on 6/1/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 left the roadway and got the tires in the travel. Vehicle 1 then laid over and slid to a stop. Safety helmet was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 5/31/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the westbound lanes of traffic and entered the ditch. Vehicle 1 struck two separate trees and came to rest in the westbound ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 36 died on 5/31/08 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street and vehicle 2 westbound on street. Driver 1 failed to stop at the stop sign (at the intersection) and struck the passenger side of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 rolled 2.5 times coming to rest on its top in the roadway. Driver of vehicle 1, male age 34 died on 5/31/08 in Gray Co as a result of vehicles 1 and 3 (semi) westbound on highway, vehicle 2 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 attempted to pass vehicle 3. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 and then struck vehicle 3. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 5/30/08 in Comanche Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Driver of vehicle 1 lost control of the vehicle. After losing control driver over-corrected causing the vehicle to slide into the road ditch. The vehicle apparently slid backwards in the ditch. The vehicle then rolled at least one and a half times. The driver was ejected from the vehicle. Vehicle came to rest on it's top in the ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 5/30/08 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Driver 1 failed to stop or slow at the stop sign. At the same time a tractor trailer was traveling westbound on road. The traffic on this road was thru traffic. Driver 1 ran into the side of the tractor trailer and driver 1 was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 5/29/08 in Reno County as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when it lost control and turned toward the west side of a bridge. Vehicle 1 went over bridge, landing upside down in water. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 5/26/08 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Vehicle 1crossed high water on the roadway on the street, drove into south ditch. Vehicle 1 was airborne twice. Vehicle 1 struck a gas meter and a tree.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 5/25/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 driving north on street and struck a curb and struck a curb and vehicle.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 46 died on 5/24/08 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound when it left the roadway on the south side of the road. Vehicle 1 then became airborne, cleared a gate, a creek, and impacted the west of the creek bed.

Driver of vehicle, male age 24 died on 5/23/08 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway, left the roadway for unknown reason and struck a tree head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 5 died on 5/22/08 in Rice Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. For unknown reason, vehicle entered the left ditch, struck a field entrance and overturned. Vehicle landed on it's top. Passenger was partiallyl ejected from the vehicle. Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 15 died on 5/18/08 in Marion Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound following the roadway when vehicle 1 driver lost control and entered the ditch where vehicle 1 struck a culvert and rolled the vehicle landing 4 times. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 11 died on 5/18/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on road. After crossing railroad tracks on an incline and going airborne, driver lost control and left the roadway. Vehicle 1 flipped onto its roof, coming to rest upside down and striking a house. Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 5/17/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when it left the roadway to the east. It struck a culvert becoming airborne and rolled, ejecting the driver and coming to rest several feet from the culvert. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 67 died on 5/8/08 in Marshall Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) southbound on highway when it left the west side of the roadway and hit a driveway culvert. Vehicle 1 continued southbound in the west ditch and caught fire. Vehicle 1 burned and was destroyed.

This caused vehicle 2 to go left of center and impact vehicle 3 which was traveling westbound on highway bypass. Vehicle 4 was traveling westbound and in an attempt to avoid the accident, locked up its brakes and steered the vehicle onto the north shoulder where it rolled onto its roof and came to rest facing the northwest. Vehicle went airborne causing the vehicle to roll end over end 1 complete time. Vehicle then slid and barrel rolled ejecting the driver and passenger. Vehicle came to rest in the south ditch facing west on the driver side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 50 died on 3/9/08 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle westbound on road. Driver lost control on gravel road intersection. Vehicle began to slide sideways passenger side first. Vehicle impacted a metal pipeline pole and it launched the vehicle into the air. Vehicle came to rest on passenger's side. Driver of vehicle 1, male age 57 died on 3/6/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when it drifted off the road. Vehicle 1 struck a curb, house, and power pole before flipping onto its roof. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 71 died on 3/4/08 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 2 traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 appeared to stop and then accelerated. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the driver and rear passenger door causing it to spin out of control and go into a fence on the southeast side of the highway where it came to a stop. Driver 1 attempted to change lanes when another vehicle was in that lane, driver 1 made an evasive manouver and lost control of the vehicle. Vehicle 1 slid down the ditch and struck a light pole and several trees.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 3/1/08 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle 1 that went off roadway traveled several feet and struck a privacy fence, telephone wire junction box, utility pole, and apartment building. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 55 died on 2/29/08 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 1 then entered east ditch, traveling north in ditch, when V1 struck field entrance with culvert. Vehicle 1 then vaulted across entrance, landing on it's wheels on the other side, bursting into flames. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21
Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 22 died on 2/28/08 in Doniphan Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street at a high rate of speed. Driver lost control of the vehicle and drove off the west shoulder. Vehicle went sideways, turned on the passenger's side and struck a tree. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 37 died on 2/28/08 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 2 (semi) eastbound on highway in the number 2 lane and vehicle 2 northbound on street. Vehicle 1 failed to yield to the right of way to vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the driver's side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (semi), male age 74 died on 2/27/08 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) making a U-turn on highway at the intersection. Vehicle 2 was southbound behind vehicle 1 and struck the trailer of vehicle 1 on the driver’s side rear. Vehicle 2 entered southwest corner of intersection and rolled onto the driver’s side. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 2/26/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of driver northbound on street, lost control and hit curb with rear passenger tire, causing vehicle to overturn.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 89 died on 2/26/08 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway, when for unknown reasons it drifted off the road to the west, going thru pastures and ended up in a ravine.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 47 died on 2/23/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on highway when the vehicle lost control and crossed over into the northbound lane of highway. Vehicle 2 was traveling northbound and was not able to stop before striking vehicle 1.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 18 died on 2/23/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road covered with heavy snow and slush. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the passenger side.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 63 died on 2/23/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street when he lost control of the vehicle as he entered the bridge striking the east guard rail head-on causing the vehicle to roll over ejecting driver from the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 32 died on 2/23/08 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. driver lost control and entered the east ditch. vehicle rolled mutiptle times (approximately 4) coming to rest on it's top facing east. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 32 died on 2/23/08 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway. Driver lost control and entered the north ditch. Vehicle rolled multiple time (approx 4) coming to rest on it's top facing north. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 2/23/08 in Republic Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on gravel road when the driver lost control. Vehicle 1 went into the north ditch, struck a power pole, overturned, ejecting both occupants. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its wheels in the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19
Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 2/23/08 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. For an unknown reason vehicle left the roadway and folled. Vehicle struck a utility pole and came to rest on all four tires facing southwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 2/21/08 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 found in the west ditch on the road. Driver 1 was located on the outside of vehicle 1 on the passenger side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 2/20/08 in Nemaha Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound lost control, veering southwestbound into, then p0ast the oncoming lane into embankment.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24
Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 27 died on 2/20/08 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1southbound on road. Vehicle went off the roadway and rolled numerous times. Driver had to be extracated from vehicle, and passenger was partially ejected. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 59 died on 2/12/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road and left roadway on right shoulder. Vehicle 1 traveled several feet in ditch and struck a field drive causing it to leave the ground and overturn. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 22 died on 2/12/08 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle one was eastbound on highway. Vehicle one drove off the southside of the roadway. Overcorrected and entered the south ditch. Vehicle overturned coming to rest on the passenger side. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 40 died on 2/9/08 in Smith Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway where there was a curve in the roadway, driver entered the south ditch, overcorrected and rolled the vehicle. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 33 died on 2/9/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound in left turn lane on street and failed to yield right-of-way turning left in front of vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 22;
Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 29 died on 2/7/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway and vehicle 2 (semi) southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 drove off onto the east shoulder, over corrected, and drove into the southbound lanes. The right front of vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 spun from the impact and was struck in the rear by vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the east ditch facing sout west. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the west ditch facing south. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 2/4/08 in Cloud Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound when it hit the bridge guardrail. Vehicle 1 continued westbound and rolled. Driver was ejected from the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 21 died on 2/3/08 in Chase Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway, attempted to pass and hit westbound vehicle 2 head on.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 23
Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 2/01/08 in Morris Co as a result of vehicle 1southbound on Dunlap Road. Vehicle 1 failed to make a turn on a curve in the roadway. Vehicle 1 entered a ditch, failed to correct and following the ditch for 100 yars. As vehicle 1 attempted to re-enter roadway, vehicle over corrected returning to the ditch and rolling 2-3/4 times. Vehicle 1 came to rest on the driver side. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 57 died on 1/30/08 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, drove off the roadway into the east ditch, and struck a tree. Vehicle overturned and came to rest facing east on the drivers side of the vehicle.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 1/28/08 in Stevens Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 then went into the south ditch where it drove down the ditch. The vehicle then made a sharp turn back across the road, vehicle entered the north ditch where it rolled and ejected the passengers. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 72 died on 1/26/08 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 pulling a trailer southbound on highway when the vehicle hit a slick spot and lost control. Vehicle 1 went sideways into on-coming traffic. Vehicle 2 was northbound and struck vehicle 1 and the trailer. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 17 died on 1/26/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 2 stopped for red light. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the rear.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 17 died on 1/25/08 in Atchison Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was southbound on highway. For an unknown reason, vehicle 1 went left of center, struck vehicle 2 head on, at which time, both vehicles became engulfed in flames.

Driver of vehicle 1 died on 1/25/08 in Wilson County.

Driver of vehicle 1, male, age 23 died on 1/24/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 headed westbound in the eastbound lanes on highway when he struck eastbound vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 33 died on 1/23/08 in Wyandotte Co. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 1/22/08 in Ellis Co. as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway when it entered the north ditch, struck a tree and caught on fire.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 1/21/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 that struck a stone residential development sign and then a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 14 died on 1/19/08 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound street approaching another street. Vehicle 1 lost control and entered north ditch. Vehicle 1 rolled one complete time ejecting both occupants. Vehicle 1 came to rest right side up in field. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 1/9/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Vehicle 2 was turning left from eastbound road to go north on road.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 54 died on 1/9/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway when it left the roadway, struck a guardrail overturned ending up on it's top in a river bed. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 57 died on 1/9/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 2 traveling southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 1/9/08 in Morris Co as a result of vehicle 2 northbound on road and vehicle 1 was coming around the corner from the east. Driver 2 tried to voide the collision but was unable to avoid the collision. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 2, female age 63 died on 1/6/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound on street, turning left onto eastbound street. Vehicle 2 made the turn against a posted No Left Turn sign and was struck by vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 55 died on 1/6/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street and failed to yield the right of way and struck vehicle 2 which was northbound on street. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 63 died on 1/5/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was turning left (southbound) into highway. Driver of vehicle 1 did not see or could not see that vehicle 2 was turning and struck the rear of vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 37 died on 1/2/08 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway when the driver got off the south edge of the road, lost control and came back on the roadway, over-corrected and entered the south ditch, overturning, ejected the driver. Safety restraint was not used.
