The Transportation Revolving Fund (TRF) provides low-cost, flexible financial
assistance to local governments for qualified transportation
projects.
The basic features of the TRF did not change but some of the policy and procedures
have been modified or expanded. Most of the changes are in
the following sections of the Program Guide:
- new section called Project Modifications and Adjustments;
- expanded Loan Closing section;
- expanded Procedure for Disbursement
of Funds, including a new disbursement policy.
